GENERAL CONDITIONS

First.

The lessor is the charterer/owner of the vessel being rented: Medvolt M7 2022, 7.30 metres long, 10 kW electric motor and 20 kW batteries, registration 6th, whose name is MURMURI, with SEVEN plus ONE being the maximum number of people authorised to board.

Second.

The LESSOR will provide a skipper with the knowledge, experience, and qualifications required for navigation. The rented vessel may be steered solely and exclusively by the skipper indicated above, who is the only person authorized to do so.

Third.

The vessel and its crew are insured by an insurance company, which covers any accidents occurring on board. The LESSOR shall not be liable for injuries, personal damage, or property damage resulting from accidents related to diving, swimming, or any other activity not expressly contracted by the LESSEE with the LESSOR, within the optional activities offered by the LESSOR.

Quarter.

The agreed-upon price and services will be those agreed upon in the contract. The price includes liability and occupant insurance, a variety of drinks, ice, a paddleboard, and snorkeling equipment.

Not included in price: meals, alcoholic beverages and any other unspecified items.

Regarding the payment method: By electronic payment upon contracting.

Fifth.

The LESSEE undertakes to follow the maritime safety and marine environment protection guidelines suggested by the skipper of the vessel.

Friday.

Smoking, throwing any type of object or waste into the sea, cooking, and transporting any animal are prohibited on board.

Seventh.

In the event of negligence, mistreatment of the vessel, or failure to comply with the law or the clauses of this contract, the LESSOR is granted the right to terminate the contract instantly, with the amounts paid remaining in favor of the LESSOR as compensation.

Octave.

Minors must always be accompanied or supervised by an adult and not under the responsibility of the crew.

BOARDING AND DISEMBARKATION

The rental of the vessel covered by this contract will begin on the day and time indicated in the contract, in the Port of Alcudia. The rental of the aforementioned vessel will end on the same day at the time indicated in the contract, in the Port of Alcudia. Any extension or change to the schedule will require consultation and approval with the Lessor. The rental contract will not be considered terminated until the vessel has been returned to the entity's personnel.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations, in the event of withdrawal, the cost of cancellation will be:

• 25% of the total rent, if it occurs more than one month before
• 50% of the rental if it occurs between 30 and 7 days before the boarding date,
• 100% if produced 7 days before shipment.

In the event that the company is more than two hours late in the charter, the full rental amount will be refunded to the LESSEE if a boat identical to the one rented cannot be provided.

Adverse weather conditions, such as cloudy days (unless the Landlord considers that such conditions compromise the safety of guests), will not constitute grounds for termination of the contract and refund of the contract amount. An alternative day will be found if possible. If this is not possible, the Landlord will refund all amounts paid.
